First time I've owned a jacket as a uniform that has failed in almost every aspect in which it was advertised. In my time this jacket's front zipper, sleeve zippers, hook and loop wrist cups and slash pockets has either broken off or fail to zip up. Only giving it 2 stars for its water wicking ability.

FROM KPI TACTICAL: Please give us your order number or email used to place the order. We do warranty everything at least to manufacturer's specifications, often well beyond. However, I could not find an order under your name or the given email address. Without any idea of how old the jacket is, it's hard to make a determination. But we doubt all of these issues presented at once. We've sold hundreds of these jacket to your agency and others. This is complaint number 3. We're happy to do anything we can to help.
